Lawyers are allowed to perform signature recognition, carry out translations, authenticate copies of documents, celebrate the purchase and sale of a property with or without bank financing, constitute a (mutual) loan with or without the constitution of a mortgage, formalize the transfer of loans between Banks with cancellation of the old mortgage and constitution of a new one in favor of the Bank to which the loan was transferred, constituting a mortgage, donation, sharing and/or division of common property that is in co-ownership.

Lawyers can also draw up private powers of attorney and formalize extrajudicial notifications.
